The CGH assignments covers Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Algeria, Libya, Egypt, Sudan, Iraq, Jordan, and Lebanon.
Each of Ali and Kamal has over twenty years of work experience, sixteen of which in line management and six in consulting. The CGH has advised Clients on projects identification, project evaluation and feasibility, project financing, recruitment of leadership teams, government negotiation, and selection of partners including government entities, negotiation of contracts, joint-venture agreements, dispute resolution, and a number of other privatization related projects (Algeria & Libya).
Ali has an M.B.A. from INSEAD, France in Strategy, Corporate Finance and Marketing and Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from AUB, Lebanon. He is the recipient of a number of professional awards and distinctions and a member of several professional organization including The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK and International Chamber of Commerce, Lebanon where he served as the Chairman of Policy Committee on International Trade and Investment.
Kamal has an M.B.A. from the Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas in Strategy, Corporate Finance and Marketing and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University of Texas, Austin, Texas. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Global Beverage Company and is currently a member of several companies' board of directors.
